Our Evening Menu is unashamedly modern English fine dining. Head chef Ben Reeve and his team combine their passion and dedication with the best quality ingredients to create imaginative, fresh delicious dishes. Savour the delicate flavours of lemon and lime marinated salmon with a seaweed, fennel and tomato salsa and caper aioli followed by Roast loin of wild rabbit, with orange, and fennel, Cornish hog’s pudding and crispy pancetta, and finish with Pistachio and olive cake with Cornish clotted cream, cranberries and an Orange Muscat reduction.
