Our General Manager, Andrew Griffiths, and our Head Chef, Ben Reeve, are committed to providing you with the very best service and the very best food that we can offer you.
We want you to enjoy yourselves when you visit us, we want you to come back again and again, and we want you to tell your friends – and we know that it is up to us to make sure that happens.
We love to know what you think and use your feedback to constantly ensure we keep our service and our menu as good as they can be. We know customers expect local Cornish produce, and menus that reflect the seasons and this for us is a given. Our chef uses established quality suppliers but also buys from very small specialist producers, which he then features in special menus. In response to customer feedback we extended our Restaurant opening hours to an All day service offering breakfast and brunch ‘til 11; lighter, contemporary dishes from 12 – ‘til 16.30, afternoon tea from 12.30 till 16.30; and then reverting to our Fine Dining Dinner menu from 6:00 – til 9:15.
We think we have something for everyone who loves good food: attentive but unfussy service, beautiful views and a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere.
